Ally (WorkShield AU's AI Workplace Advisor) generates responses based on your inputs and Australian employment law sources. AI responses may contain errors or omissions. You should independently verify any information before acting on it. WorkShield AU is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
All platform code, design, and content (excluding your uploaded documents) is owned by WorkShield AU. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WorkShield AU's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
